The
Time Module allows you to keep track of hourly
billing. It uses the default Hourly Rate you specified
in your Company Preferences, but can be changed
for users whose rate is variable.
To
begin using click Start. When finished, click Stop,
then Invoice. Your information will be automatically
displayed in an invoice for you to finish.
You
can now start and stop the Time Module, allowing
you to pause and then resume a job.
Note:
The Time Module uses the System Clock. Therefore,
if you are running intensive programs in the foreground
while MacInvoice keeps track of your time, your Total
may not appear correct until you click Stop, at
which point Time and Total will update from
the System Clock.
